{"id":1655,"date":"2024-06-18T14:32:29","date_gmt":"2024-06-18T14:32:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/carnarolidacarnaroli.it\/?p=1655"},"modified":"2024-06-18T14:32:50","modified_gmt":"2024-06-18T14:32:50","slug":"risomania-2024","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/carnarolidacarnaroli.it\/en\/risomania-2024\/","title":{"rendered":"Risomania 2024"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pavia's Carnaroli was the absolute star of the second edition of Risomania, in Garlasco on 15 and 16 June 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Both the risottos prepared by the Pro Loco that competed on Saturday and those cooked by the restaurants for Sunday's competition (but also all those offered by the Pro Loco of Garlasco throughout the event) were branded Carnaroli by Carnaroli.
