Pavia's Carnaroli was the absolute star of the second edition of Risomania, in Garlasco on 15 and 16 June 2024.
Both the risottos prepared by the Pro Loco that competed on Saturday and those cooked by the restaurants for Sunday's competition (but also all those offered by the Pro Loco of Garlasco throughout the event) were branded Carnaroli by Carnaroli. The quality was appreciated by all participants.
On Sunday, Paviasviluppo organised a risotto cooking show, with the participation of chef Valerio Bergamini, sommelier Simone Marchetti and the conduction of journalist Lara Vecchio, who during the initiative interviewed three rice producers belonging to the La Via del Carnaroli project, who were able to tell the public about the peculiarities of these prized grains.
