Pavia's Carnaroli reveals itself in Parma
Pavia's excellences took part in the prestigious Cibus - the reference event for the Made in Italy agrifood sector - with the support of Paviasviluppo, which organised a 72-square-metre collective stand, also equipped with an open kitchen. Here Apolf, the Provincial Agency for Guidance, Employment and Training, prepared the renowned risottos signed Carnaroli pavese using the excellences of the territory such as Cilavegna asparagus, Varzi salami paste and goose salami paste.
