There is more than just wine at the International Wine and Spirits Exhibition
Pavia's Carnaroli rice was the protagonist of the 56th edition of Vinitaly in the Lombardy Wine Pavilion, where the Pavia Chamber of Commerce, through Paviasviluppo, coordinated the participation of the collective of over 30 Pavia wine producers together with the Consorzio Tutela Vini Oltrepò Pavese, the Club del Buttafuoco Storico and the Distretto dei Vini dell'Oltrepò Pavese.
From 14 to 17 April, a risotto tasting service was held for the collective: the risottos, two different recipes for each of the four days, were prepared with the Carnaroli from Pavia's Carnaroli rice.
